“Africa got rid of its inhibitions and has no hard feelings against Europe. The continent is keen to take control of its own destiny and contribute to the regional integration of both spaces. To do so, the Mediterranean must play a central role. La Verticale can help both continents collaborate”, such is the vision of President Macky Sall.
After the meeting, President Macky Sall was very enthusiastic and wished to explore all the options in order to implement this project. A work session was organised at his request between the delegation of La Verticale and the presidential services.
